From darkness to wholeness

In our life journey, we face emotional and psychological issues relating to relationships in the family, workplace, and/or socially and difficult situations. The loss of a loved one can be a painful experience. Unexplainable fears and phobias are frustratingly inhibiting us from living a fulfilling life. The desire to stop addictions from taking control of our lives is discouraged by the challenge of kicking the habit. The stress in life can take a toll on you.

In my therapy sessions, I promote self-awareness and behavioral transformation by using suitable therapeutic techniques and modalities, including counseling, Gestalt, and guided meditation, to uncover root causes and gain clarity. I accompany the client to walk out of darkness into light.
