From darkness to wholeness

In our life journey, we face emotional, psychological issues relating relationships in the family, workplace and/or socially and difficult situations. The loss of a loved one can be a painful experience. Unexplainable fears and phobias are frustratingly inhibiting us from living a fulfilling life. Knowing it is not healthy to allow addictions take control of our life and yet discouraged by the challenge to kick the habit.  The stress in life can take a toll on you.

In my therapy sessions, I promote self-awareness and behavioural transformation by using suitable therapeutic techniques and modalities including counselling, Gestalt, and guided meditation to uncover root causes and to gain clarity. In the process, I guide the client to walk out of darkness into light.
